PROGRAM:
Design a pavilion to be built on the Kitty B. West Amphitheater, specifically, the brick lined plaza just north of the Bell Tower. The plaza is intended to be used by students, faculty, visitors, and the general public. Pay special attention to the strong axis connecting two historic landmarks- the Bell Tower and the Belmont Mansion -the pavilion is intended to celebrate this, not destroy it.
