PROGRAM:
Nashville is in need of revisioning public access and transportation in and around the city, ideally multi-modal. Students have the opportunity to envision the first project to address this need with "Broadway: Riverfront Station." This development is to be the face of the new initiative while also serving as an opportunity to redesign the cultural landmark of where Broadway begins on Fist Avenue. The new Broadway Terminus Plaza and adjoining transportation hub will be a complimentary addition to the Broadway corridor while also addressing the city's parallel movement towards redeveloping the waterfront downtown.
